Expertly crafted by Cubbies and embroidered by Brodali, our Highland cow is 12 inches tall and 30cm in a seated position. The embroidery templates can be adjusted to your preferences; just mention it in the designated text box. Remember to approve the design proof, which will be sent via email 2-3 business days after your purchase. Please note, this product does not come with any accessories (such as bows or bow ties), but it does include a beautiful embroidered design. Plus, it is extremely easy to wash for your convenience.

 

All our orders are shipped with either Canada Post or Purolator.  All orders ship for 5$ for anywhere in Canada from the Ottawa region. 

 If your parcel comes back to us because it was not picked up or because we had the wrong address, you will be asked to cover the fees of $10 to reship it.

We will send you by email a preview that MUST be approved before we proceed with the embroidery. It is generally sent within a few days after you placed your order.

You will have the time to check all information to ensure it is correct and if you like the design. Once approved, all changes will incur fees of 15$ or more. Shipping is on you if you need to ship the item back to us for a correction and 10$ will apply to get it shipped back to you.
