All our orders are shipped with either Canada Post or Purolator.  All orders ship FREE anywhere in Canada from the Ottawa region. 

We ship select items outside of Canada. Check the item description to know where it can be shipped. Some fees apply to ship outside of Canada.

For now, the selected countries are: United States, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium, Danmark, Lieschtenstein, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia and Spain.

 If your parcel comes back to us because it was not picked up or because we had the wrong address, you will be asked to cover the fees of $10 to reship it.

We will send you by email a preview that MUST be approved before we proceed with the embroidery. It is generally sent within a few days after you placed your order.

You will have the time to check all information to ensure it is correct and if you like the design. Once approved, all changes will incur fees of 15$ or more. Shipping is on you if you need to ship the item back to us for a correction and 10$ will apply to get it shipped back to you.
